It's summer in New York City! While some music consumers are traveling to faraway places, we happily/jealously sit back and relax on our short little ferry ride over to Governors Island. Located in the East River between Queens and Manhattan, Governors Ball is happening this weekend. The music is sure to be a draw, but don't overlook the art that will be displayed throughout the fields. Along with grand-scale yard games and silent disco, we hope we remember to catch some sets. There will be free water refill stations and plenty of people watching opportunities as you lay in the grass . Here's to praying for no rain! Either way, we'll be there, will you?
