Vocals that oscillate between the smoothness of Mac DeMarco and the roughness of Jamie T then guide the listener through the track, ensuring that interest is never lost. Speaking about the track, this UK-based artist explains:

"Having ADHD is like having a miniature devil in your head, constantly playing the role of a puppet master, tempting you to do the most inappropriate thing possible at every given moment. 'Weird and 'Bizarre' is the sound of this little devil personified."
