Why do we like this?

Grammy award-winning producer and songwriter, RAC (real name André Allen Anjos), is here to make your days of isolation that much more bearable with the release of new single, "Care Free."

Enlisting the talents of LA indie-pop artist, LeyeT, on vocals, "Care Free" is a dreamy pop song with a melodic piano line and subtle electronic flourishes. There's a real feel good element to this one, with RAC once again delivering a beautiful slice of pop music.

"Care Free" follows previous single, "Stuck On You," and gives fans a taste of what to expect from RAC's forthcoming album,Boy. Speaking on the song RAC said:

I thought this song might be too weird to include on the album, yet something kept bringing me back to it. It’s just one of those songs that willed itself into existence. LeyeT really turned this into something else.


Boy is set for release May 8.
