Rambo V Rincón

Rambo V had an awesome summer. He played Splash House in Palm Springs and he recently opened for Flight Facilities.

He released this track earlier last month, and again I've been more than a bit slow getting to my write up. But this worth sharing for it's upbeat and unmistakable summer tones.

The tropical feel in this track makes even more sense when you learn "Rincón" is a surf town in Puerto Rico. It's where Rambo V and his family would vacation when he was younger. I can relate—many of my best memories growing up involve my family and next to a beach.

I can almost feel the sand between my toes when I listen to this one. Summer ended only a few short weeks ago in my part of the world—darn I miss it already!
