Nope. I would not be this dude's best friend. Why? Well because I don't think I'd be comfortable with him calling me baby all the time.  He's throwing it around so freely in this song, and I've never even met him.  You're right though, he's probably not even singing about me. In which case, why the hell isn't he trying to be my best friend?! This song is actually more problems than it's worth (but not actually or I wouldn't have posted it).
