Why do we like this?

Callum Burrows, aka Saint Raymond, was recently touring Europe with female super group Haim, so naturally I was expecting big things to come upon his return. 

Today marks the release of his Ghosts EP, with the title single "Ghosts" being one of its main attractions. The thing that impresses me the most is the phenomenal growth in between singles. Sure, his sound six months ago was pretty exciting, but this EP shows off a much more mature and refined artist. 

This is uncomplicated indie rock that warms the heart with its accessible themes. I'm loving the rich tone of Callum's voice as well -- it fills you with pure joy.
