Sam Setton My City

Sam Setton is a born and raised New Yorker. He's used his admiration of his hometown as inspiration for this moody and synth-laden track.

Sam loves New York but it's clear from the lyrics he's thought about leaving. Like a lot of New York-based DJs and producers I know, many of them make the eventual move to the entertainment hub and brighter weather of L.A.

It leaves a noticeable hole in the New York-based talent. I certainly hope Sam decides to stick in out here in the city that never sleeps.

As a bonus, New Yorkers will recognize the outro and final seconds of this track. It's the beeps, the sounds and the familiar female voice over New Yorkers hear every day when they ride the subway.
