Why do we like this?
Had I not had much context, I could have sworn this was a song released by Day Wave, save for one pretty substantial difference: Sea Lemon isn't a boy.
The brain behind this song is Seattle-based Natalie Lew, and she's gearing up to release a new EP at the end of the month titled Stop At Nothing.
Vaporized is a simple yet lovely indie rock song that manages to strike all the right notes and melodic progressions in its short 3:25 of playtime. She's already got a bit of success under her belt (eg, "Eraser"), but I feel like this one's my favorite so far, possibly owing to the upbeat tempo and generally fun tone of it.
