Why do we like this?

Talk about an influx of up-and-coming female artists! Last month we saw the talented Ryn Weaver take the spotlight, but I dare say that Swindon's Shannon Saunders is vying for that very same position.

The track in question is "Sheets," and it has absolutely taken me by surprise. More than anything, I've fallen for the vocals here -- not to mention Shannon's poignant lyricism. The chorus in and of itself is an absolute winner, and I doubt many of you could resist its dance floor charm.

At just 20 years of age, I think we should expect a lot more from this upcoming songstress!
