Snubluck Shrine

When Corey English picked up a trumpet at the age of 10, he fell in love with music. He spent his teens in jazz and progressive rock bands, further expanding his palette and musical world view. 

When he heard the experimental branch of hip-hop that's been dubbed as "beat music," Corey became Snubluck and his past musical formation converged into something new. His latest offering is Altar, a five-track release that explores how, according to Snubluck, "each one of us creates a different altar in our own minds to illustrate what we hold sacred."

Today we're premiering the lead track "Shrine," a pulsing and powerful instrumental that showcases Snubluck's musical ethos.
