Why do we like this?

While watching the trailer for Liam Neeson's latest action/revenge flick, A Walk Among The Tombstones, I wasn't overly impressed (let's be honest, there's only so many times you can remake Taken), until I heard this cover of Soundgarden's "Black Hole Sun."

Stripped to the bare bones, Seattle singer Nouela has transformed the 90s classic from a grunge staple into a gorgeous piano ballad, with Nouela's haunting vocals topping things off.

This is one of the better covers I've heard this year, so if you like what you hear, give her album a go here.
