Why do we like this?

In preparation for their self-titled debut, yachtpunk outfit St. Tropez have dropped the buzzy new single "Which Side Are You On." Blending infectious melodies with scream-your-lungs-out attitude, this rowdy track will have you emphatically shouting along with the chorus by the end. 

If Tame Impala and Thee Oh Sees had a child, this is what I imagine it would sound like. On this one, St. Tropez create a psych punk jam with hard-edged guitars, lo-fi grit and buzzy distortion. 

St. Tropez’s debut album will be released August 26. If you're in Europe, you can catch them at live at one of their album release shows below:
