STAL Gone (Aashton Remix)

Where does one go after touring the world with a super successful band?  Well, if you're French artist Pierre-Marie Maulini, you get straight to work on your own material.

After spending two years on tour as part of M83, Maulini has put together his own music under the name STAL, making some shimmering synth pop, including his track "Gone."

STAL has since started releasing official remixes of his track "Gone," including this house mix from British DJ Dom Ashton. He takes the bright pop sounds of the original and replacing them with the muted tones of UK house using only a few vocal samples.

Ashton has completely rebuilt the track from the ground up, and created something guaranteed to keep your head bobbing.
