An Electrically Switched Perspective
Any Kid from the 2000s has a somewhat intimate relationship with MGMT's "Electric Feel." I can't help but think that Sven Eric Gamsky, aka Still Woozy, was having high-grade flashbacks when creating this electro-soul-infused cover.
Where the OG "ELectric Feel" made you feel like flying on a frenetic bolt of sound, this aesthetically-switched-up version makes you feel a slow buzz of static beats and acoustic guitar. It hits a spot reminiscent of afternoon caffeine-binges and doesn't push it any further than it needs in order to get you vibing on the surge that it gives.
Still Woozy has been delivering not only some dope solo productions from his isolated room but also some high-class covers, all tactfully merged with his unique sound.
