Why do we like this?

Another single from one of Australia's most criminally underrated artists, Sunbeam Sound Machine, off his upcoming album (which might turn out to be one of the most criminally underrated records of the year).

The record in question is Wonderer, the debut LP from Melbourne-based multi-instrumentalist Nick Sowersby, known to his fans as Sunbeam Sound Machine. I have heard said record, and while I'm sure it will be well-received, that will not be enough for such a fantastic piece of work. It's one of those albums you need to sink into though, the epitome of a slow-burner, and its second single "Wandering, I" is a great example of this. Dripping in reverb and guitar pedals, it's a psych-lovers dream -- a blissful journey into Sowersby's creative mindset.

Sunbeam Sound Machine's Wonderer is due for release on November 21 via Dot Dash / Remote Control. Give it a burn, you won't be disappointed.
