Sunrom

I’ve recently been stuck (happily) in a Nuage and Ishome rabbit hole, so it comes as no surprise that Sunrom’s “I Just Try” is currently catching my ears and heart. While most of my recent listening has been instrumental, a unique feature of Sunrom’s latest EP, Everlight, is that each track is marked by the Parisian artist’s vocals. “I Just Try” is emotive from the outset, and as the track unfolds, the listener’s emotional pull deepens and intensifies. It’s a song that accompanies you on a journey, and it is equally a journey in and of itself.
