The Beaches give us the perfect little alt-rock track for all our denials and all our hidden trauma, we all just party it away and sometimes that is all you need.

"Blame Brett" is the hidden anthem we all have every night we go out and we announce "That We have moved on" that we have gotten over them, and yet we haven't and yet the kissing and the drinking doesn't wash them away.

But, oh does it sound good, the denial is the greatest wizz of guitars, the most banging drums and pop punk vocals that can smudge your eyeliner the moment they hit your ears.

"Blame Brett" is an absolute smash hit.
