Why do we like this?

No, your volume isn't off -- this one just starts out with a bit of a distant radio sound. Things get going quickly, and the powerful vocals end up sweeping me away before I know it.

The Golden Age of TV are a quintet based out of Leeds. They've got a couple singles out of their belt, but "Beast" seems to represent a new wave of music inspiration. It's fresh, strong, and generally hits all the right melodic notes to have me writing a blot post.
