Why do we like this?

I’m trying to figure out The World of Birds. This song feels on the cusp of mainstream music. Whether or not that’s true, this South African group has such great vibes! I love how happy “Wish You Were Here” feels - it gives me so much energy. Also, Nicholas Preen’s goofy ass dance moves are far too similar to my own and it puts a big smile on my face.

The trio operated separately until 2018 when they started producing a slew of singles from 2018-2020. This year, they threw all of those singles together into an EP. I’m hoping to see more from them this year.

Definitely dive into their other songs, “Open Up” and “Having You." With three, the vibes are always high and sure to pick you up.
