Why do we like this?
The usual pop-filled indie group The Zolas has had their single, "Knot In My Heart," remixed by Nacey.
It's a nice change of pace, that's for sure. That's not to say that The Zolas don't have great style; surely they do -- though it's always interesting and intriguing to hear what music makers of other genres can do with a song. This intergalactic take on this single gives it a technologically fresh sound with lots of emphasis on synthesizers and drum machines while keeping the original vocals intact.
Nacey took an already-catchy indie pop song and turned it into a synth-soaked dance jam perfect for a listener with many musical tastes. Enjoy!
