Why do we like this?

2018 is proving to be a year more exciting for its music than its bitcoin. Reality check, 2017 was also cooler in that respect. We can write off 2016 though, because no one remembers anything that long ago anyways.

And while 2016 isn't actually that far away from where we are now, it's in that murky zone between nostalgia and the present that just feels like it was almost last year, but the memories aren't as vivid.

To be honest, I've actually just come up with the most relevant metaphor to Unknown Mortal Orchestra's last album. Fuck I'm glad about new music from them.
