Melbourne songstress Woodes has released her debut single "Daggers & Knives," and it's nothing short of elegant. The singer/songwriter/co-producer has previously collaborated on an EP with producer Elkkle, but this marks her first solo release.

On this track, Woodes delivers glossy, R&B-inspired vocals with a smoldering coolness. The haunting background melody induces an understated suspense, ominous yet inviting.
