Why do we like this?

It's hard to take a lot of autotune rappers seriously nowadays. Between the face tats and the overly internet choice of fashion, a lot seem to be really try hard. Even large artists like Post Malone seem like they're trying to be based, rather than just being based.

It's all really a head scratcher. Where does the line between autotune rapper and SoundCloud rapper start, begin, and end? Yung Skrrt has managed to break out of those boundaries on his newest chillwave driven, pop masterpiece, "Holy Ocean."
