Why do we like this?

Here in Iowa, the wind is blowing at about 30 mph. It's cold, dark, and desolate outside. It's lonely when all you can hear is howling wind. Sometimes it's not a bad thing to feel alone, though. It can clear the mind, bring up self-reflection, and is a relief from the often intrusive world we live in.

It's nights like these I find myself longing for something slow, soft, and beautiful. Fismoll provided just that in "Let's Play Birds." His only full length album, At Glade, is on Spotify and full of likewise beautiful songs on Spotify if you enjoyed this gem.
