Go Periscope

This electronic indie rock duo from Seattle, Washington has just appeared on my radar with their new single "Awake."  Although, looking back at the duo's history, I see that this is not their first rodeo; they've got two albums on the books."Awake" has a bluegrassy yet indie rock sound that hits the perfect notes for the changing season.  One might also get some remnants of Foster the People lingering in this track, which I hope they embrace a bit more of on the new album.Go Periscope's last few albums seemed a bit quirky with the random electronic bits, but they're definitely making some progress with their new track "Awake."  Let's hope the new album is more of the same!
