Picture this:  a songwriter / producer / instrumentalist / engineer from Singapore (Shao Jean) meets a singer / songwriter / instrumentalist from Vermont (Leyeux) in Boston. For over a year they've been writing music for an EP project that "Awaken" is a part of, and you can feel the labor of love oozing through their work.
