Wickerbird Boreal

Indie Shuffle is so pleased to have the opportunity to premiere this enchanting track "Boreal" by Wickerbird. Prepare to be engulfed in a warm blanket of hymnal, acoustic goodness.

The track begins with what sounds like a soft-flowing stream and a delicate acoustic guitar. Soon thereafter, a hymnal voice arises and then the song takes off. Echoing choral tones saturate the empty space with warmth and soft waves of sound, so it feels as though this song can complement a cathartic experience. As graceful as this song is, it is also a collectively  strong and resonating composition with the ability to uplift and unleash.

I've loved everything I've heard of Wickerbird thus far. There is a strength within his simple yet calculated approach to compiling a song that only leaves me more curious to hear what else he's created. Mark your calendars for the release of his The Westering EP on March 26, 2013!
